A Term 2 (10 x 1 person) plan = 1 booking per Term 2 session, for up to 10 sessions. If additional sessions are added Term 2, the first 10 you attend are included in the plan. • Only those booked in advance may access the slope • At this time, it is still PSR club policy to mandate that a parent or guardian of any under 18 attendee needs to stay at the slope during the session although this policy is under review • Spectators should not enter the skiing area without permission from a coach • Athletes should avoid standing or leaving kit in the ski area at the bottom of the slope unless in the coned-off 'safe area' near the lift • Any athletes requiring rental equipment must notify PSR at the time of session booking • Athletes should wear their own helmet, long-sleeved top and gloves • Risk Assessment: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jUcc6h5kbPqT9XY1Bw4LPdJeDwdk_TtE/view?usp=sharing PSR Safeguarding and Welfare Officer – Dr Sarah Woollard

Cancellation Policy
For UK-based sessions you can cancel with full refund up to 7 days before the session or re-schedule up to 72hrs before the session. We generally incur slope hire costs and arrange for the appropriate number of coaches 7 days prior to a session so we are unable to offer refunds outside of these terms. Where possible, you should re-schedule rather than request a refund. PSR members can re-schedule sessions from the 'My Bookings' page on the website. If you need to request a refund, these are not automated. We are a community club run by volunteers so every manual refund creates work for our volunteer administrators and cost to our club. Please fill in the form from the 'Request a refund for a session' link on the website. The valid reasons for a refund are listed on this form - the only reasons we accept are for Covid or when cancelling >7 days in advance. For sessions included in a Termly pricing plan - Injury policy: If you are injured during a term and unable to attend any of the remaining sessions during that term, we will calculate the cost of sessions you attended prior to injury based on the PAYG rate and refund any amount you have paid for the term in excess of this less an admin fee of 5% to cover transaction costs. If you recover from injury or illness whilst the term is still in progress, but you have claimed a refund due to injury, you cannot return to the Termly rate until the following term. No other refunds will be offered unless we cancel a session or you are asked to coach on one or more sessions. For non-UK-based bookings the cancellation policy is as per the individual event details.
