Cancellation Policy
You can cancel with full refund up to 7 days before the session. We incur slope hire costs and arrange for the appropriate number of coaches 7 days prior to a session so we are unable to offer refunds outside of these terms. If you need to request a refund, these are not automated. Please email pontypoolskiracing@gmail.com The only reason we accept is when cancelling >7 days in advance.
